Online registration.
To register on our online shopping site, you must have a specified delivery address within specific areas. If your delivery address does not fall within those areas, your registration will be incomplete. Once registered, if you change your delivery address to one outside of our service area, we cannot accept orders for that new location. During the registration process, you will need to provide personal information such as payment card details and the desired delivery address. Additionally, please use your phone number to log in. Stock now holds no responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from its misuse.
Sales and availability of the product.
The availability of all products displayed on our Website is limited to the Republic of South Africa for delivery. Prices listed are in South African Rands and apply solely within the Republic of South Africa. We may alter or discontinue product specifications and services without prior notice, but will promptly notify you if any ordered items are not available.
Colors.
Although we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of product colors displayed on our website, please note that the actual colors you see may vary depending on your device. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display all colors.
Errors in the content.
If we discover any significant error in the description or pricing of our products on our website, we apologize but cannot accept your order. Please note that packaging may differ from what is depicted on our website.
Policy on pricing.
At the time of purchase, you will be billed according to the prices shown on our in-store products. However, availability may affect these prices. Some items have variable or random weights, and while we provide an average weight for cost reference on our online shopping site, there is a possibility that your delivered product might weigh slightly more or less than this estimate. Consequently, you will only be charged for the exact amount of the specific product you receive. The displayed prices already include Value-Added Tax (VAT). Special promotions are subject to conditions such as stock availability and limited-time offers. You will be charged a delivery fee for every order you place. Payment methods.
During the checkout process, we will charge your payment card with the total value of your online order. Once your order is accepted and before it is delivered, payment will be processed. On submitting your order, you confirm that you are of legal age (over 18 years old), have the authority to make payments using the provided card, and possess sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
Availability of stock.
Stock now cannot guarantee that every item will always be in stock, but they will try to provide a substitute option whenever possible. If we cannot deliver all items as ordered or in the requested quantities, you still acknowledge your agreement to receive any correctly delivered items and complete payment for them.
Order confirmation.
When you place orders online, it is considered as your offer to purchase and is subject to these Terms. We will consider your offer accepted once you receive our confirmation of the order. In case we fail to formally confirm or notify acceptance, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the sale in any way.
Delivery Times.
The delivery schedules for Stocknow are as stated below:
The working hours from Monday to Friday are 09:00-17:00.
On Saturdays, the hours of operation are from 09:00 to 15:00.
Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Deliveries will take place Within 24 hours after you place your order on our website or mobile application unless you have selected a different date for delivery. Delivery is limited to registered customers within specific delivery areas. When your order is delivered to the specified address, you will receive a detailed delivery note including information about the items delivered, substitute or non-available items, delivery fees, Value-Added Tax (VAT), and the amount charged to your payment card. The person receiving the package may be asked for OTP verification as part of our security measures. If no one is available at the time of delivery, our driver will retain the products and leave a notice at your doorstep. They will make attempts to contact you to arrange an alternative date for redelivery or collection if necessary. In such cases where additional arrangements are needed due to circumstances beyond our control that require us to hire extra crews, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee in preparation for successful deliveries. Please ensure someone authorized by yourself can accept them upon arrival. Upon receipt of the goods, please sign both copies and print the name on the duplicate copy to provide confirmation.
Policy on Refunds and Returns.
You have the option to return any purchased item from our Website to the Stocknow store for a complete refund, replacement, or exchange if you are not satisfied with it for a specific reason.
Cancellation.
To cancel an order, you have two options. You can either visit your Order History on our Website www.store.stocknow.co.za or contact our Customer Services Centre at 011 839 6425 Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
