Stocknow is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its customers. Toensure that all staff and suppliers understand and adhere to the ConsumerProtection Act, we have implemented appropriate measures. Our businessoperates in accordance with the guidelines set forth by this act, including ourreturns policy.
This is a general overview of returns.
What is the process for receiving my refund?After we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issuedusing the same payment method used for making the original purchase.

Can I Return Perishables and Groceries?
Certainly! Stocknow offers a refund for perishable goods if customers are dissatisfied with their quality, as long as the product is within its expiry date and in its original packaging.
What is the recommended way to return an item?
Please return any defected item/s from your online shopping order to the nearest Stocknow store in their original packaging. You can conveniently give it back to the driver for a return. Remember, keep your till slip as it serves as your guarantee. However, please be aware that perishable items cannot be returned if you changed your mind about them due to public and food safety regulations.
Refunds offered for returns made post-delivery.
If you need to return an item after our driver has left, it is your responsibility to bring the item back to a Stocknow store. Our delivery service at www.store.stocknow.co.za charges a fixed price for one-time delivery only. You understand that we are not obligated to offer the same service for returns once we have already completed the original delivery and left your premises. If you need to return an item, simply bring it back to any Stocknow store along with the original invoice. Refunds or replacements are available as long as you adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Centre if you have any questions or concerns. To clarify, any items bought directly from Stocknow store cannot be returned to an Online Shopping delivery driver. Only items purchased through the websites and within the delivery service are eligible for return via the driver. Refunds for goods obtained under a promotional offer will adhere to the terms of that specific promotion. Rest assured, your legal rights remain unaffected in this matter.
Online Shopping Returns.
If the product is unsatisfactory or incorrect, a customer has the general right to return it within 48hours of delivery without any penalty. This period is commonly referred to as a 'cooling off period'.
The process of finalizing refunds will be completed within 48 hours of the returns.
Returned Goods Must Be:
- In its original packaging; and In its original condition
- Certain Conditions And Exemptions Apply
No returns will be accepted if:b
- Goods have been altered in any way; and
- There is a health risk attached Due to public and food safety regulations.
What do I do if the product/s delivered to me are unsatisfactory?(This includes poor quality, damaged, faulty, incomplete or unwanted products/substitutions?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, feel free to return any product bought through our Online Shopping service to the delivery driver. To ensure a smooth process, please mark and sign on the delivery note indicating that it is a return. Refunds for unwanted substitutions or returned items will be issued once Stocknow receives the goods back in stock.
To clarify, please note that www.store.stocknow.co.za does not have the capability to deliver items again.
Is it possible to receive a refund for an item that has been paid for but hasn't arrived?
Certainly! You are expected to make a note of any missing items with the driver and on the delivery note in case you receive an order that is short delivered. Once you return the proper documentation to the fulfilment store, these items will be refunded.
Kindly be informed that any items listed under the "Not available" section of your invoice were not included in the charge and thus no refund is required. These goods were either unavailable or out of stock at the time of purchase.
After returning the items, when can I expect to receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours, but the duration may extend up to 7 days due to involvement of different banks.
What if I decide to return a product after the driver has already departed?
If you wish to return an item after the driver has departed, it must be returned at a Stocknow store. Our delivery service covers one trip only and does not include any pick-ups once the driver has left.
If you wish to return any item, simply bring it along with the original invoice to a Stocknow store. Depending on our standard Returns Policy, items can be either refunded or exchanged.
Refunds For Returns Made After The Delivery.
If you need to return an item received through our delivery service after the driver has left, it is your responsibility to bring the item back to Stocknow store. Please note that our stocknow.co.za delivery service only covers one-way deliveries at a pre-agreed price. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for providing a separate returns procedure once we have completed the original delivery and left your premises.
If you wish to return any item, simply bring it back along with the original invoice to a Stocknow store. Please comply with our Terms and Conditions in order for your items to be eligible for refund or replacement. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Service Centre.
